Zoom A group of professors who signed the public letter in October 2020 defending the part-time lecturer Verushka Lieutenant-Duval wrote the volume Libertés malmenées (Leméac, 2022). In this Forum CéC, Geneviève Tellier & Maxime Prévost (co-editors of the volume), and Pierre Anctil (co-author), with the moderation of Dominique Bourque, will discuss about the importance of producing a document to reflect and analyze the implications of the affair that shocked the foundations of academic freedom and fairness in the treatment of a precarious employees at their university.
